Environment Impact Assessment
Provide EIA services for activities that have an adverse impact on the quality of environment or natural resources of the state, in accordance to First Schedule of the Natural Resources and Environment (Prescribed Activities) Order, 1994.
Strategic Environment Assessment
Monitor and formulate an environmental monitoring programmes and environmental policies via Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Environmental Monitoring Report (EMR) to the requirements of Natural Resources and Environmental Board Sarawak.
Environment Site Evaluation
Evaluate and screen project site suitability in accordance to First Schedule of the Natural Resources and Environment (Prescribed Activities) Order, 1994.
Environment Auditing
Conduct environmental compliance audit based on approval conditions by local authorities (NREB, DOE, JKR, RSPO, MSPO).
Environment Permitry
Provide notification to Local Authorities or agencies with regards to industrial activities, natural resources extraction (sand, rock, coal, log etc.)
Environment Planning
Plan and manage natural resources for sustainable development.
Landscape Assessment
Offer high quality design, landscape and visual impact assessment for high quality commercial residential and recreational development for planning and implementation purposes.
Integrated Assessment
Integration of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Visual Impact Assessment (VIA), Health Impact Assessment (HIA), Chemical Hazard Risk Assessment (CHRA), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM), Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA), Risk Assessment (RA), Forest Management Plan with local regional, national and international policy and standard.
